Italian Inspired Pitted Black Olives

Italian Inspired Pitted Black Olives mixed with rosemary, fennel, thyme, and lemon. These can be whipped up and enjoyed immediately with a glass of wine or your favourite tipple when the long summer evenings arrive.

  • 1 Fragata Pitted Olives With Sea Salt
  • 75 g Fragata Manzanilla Olives Filled With Piquillo Pepper (brine drained)
  • 1 tsp dried fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • Lemon rind from 1/4 of a lemon
  • 75 ml Fragata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  1. In a bowl, stir together the ingredients until evenly distributed.

  2. Pour over the extra virgin olive oil and mix together making sure everything is well coated with the oil.

  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
