The focus of this gift guide are products to help practice self care, make some time for just you and give a little boost to your wellbeing.

Well, it’s that time of the year again where I post my annual gift guide.  I love curating these festive wishlist style posts each year.  I’ve been having a good look around and found some beautiful products that I would love to give to my readers if I could.

Like previous years, the focus of this gift guide are products to help indulge your needs, make some time for just you and give a little boost to your wellbeing. I think making time for yourself is a wonderfully rewarding habit to take into the new year.  I hope this post gives you some ideas on how you can implement much-needed self care into your daily routine, even if it’s just 10 minutes a day, it will make all the difference to your wellbeing.

I’m definitely posting this way later than usual, but if you’re looking for some last minute gifts for your loved ones or looking to treat yourself (because you know you deserve it) there is definitely something here for you.

The focus of this gift guide are products to help practice self care, make some time for just you and give a little boost to your wellbeing.

1. Hello Day Planners

If you’re looking for a bit of luxury and effortless style when it comes to your planner in 2019 then Hello Day has your back.  I loved using my planner throughout 2018 and secretly wishing that Santa puts one of these with my name on it under the tree.

You can read my interview with the founder of Hello Day, Kirsten Wilson, as part of my #SelfCareDiaries blog series here

2. Hyp Candles – Calm

There is nothing like a candle to help you unwind and relax.  Now although these candles are designed with pregnancy in mind there is nothing to say that you can’t use them if you’re not expecting. The Calm Aromatherapy Candle contains a mix of lavender, frankincense and mandarin to help support relaxation, quiet time, soothe tension and calm the mind.

3. In The Moment Magazine Subscription

This was a new discovery for me in the summer and I’m so glad that the universe directed it my way.  This magazine has become a firm favourite of mine and I always look forward to the next issue.  Settling down with this with a cup of tea and chocolate for some quality ‘me time’ always feels like a treat.  A subscription to In the Moment that includes lots of tools and insights on how to live mindfully would be a great gift.

4. Inhale Exhale Banner

A great reminder to take a deep breath, be kind to ourselves, exhale the negativity and let that positivity rush in.  I love this Inhale Exhale Banner by Darwin & Gray and have one hanging in my office.  When times are frantic and overwhelming looking at it makes me pause for a moment.

5.  Freddie’s Flowers

Do you ever treat yourself to a bunch of flowers?  It’s such a wonderful way to practice self care and acts a reminder to yourself that actually you are worthy of your own kindness.  Freddie’s Flowers offer a subscription service so you can get flowers delivered straight to your home.  They have the most beautiful fresh flower arrangements that will most definitely put a smile on your face and light up your home.

6.  Cashmere Socks

There’s nothing like getting cosy on the sofa watching movies in your pyjamas.  These cashmere socks would take that level of cosy up a notch. Super soft and the perfect gift to keep your toes warm on a chilly evening.

7. S’well Geode Rose Drinking Bottle

A great way to look after your body is staying hydrated.  This S’well water bottle keeps your drinks cold and warm depending on the original temperature.  Not only is it uber stylish, but helps to reduce the impact of plastic on the environment too.
