Do you feel like you need more self care bliss in 2019?

Well, I may have just the thing that you’re looking for if you’re desperate to make more time for your needs, ditch the diet culture and shift to a more loving and kinder mentality next year.  We all set goals and intentions around our health in the new year, many of which are focused on losing weight and getting fit. However, what if I told you that you didn’t have to restrict what you eat or kill yourself on the treadmill in order to feel better about yourself.

It’s true, going on a faddy diet or a juice cleanse isn’t going to make you feel better in the long term, it’s a temporary fix that creates a fear around the food that you eat, makes you scrutinise the way you think about your body and generally leaves you feeling like crap.  The reason that diets do not work is that they fail to address any underlining emotional issues and focus on aesthetics rather than your mental and emotional wellbeing. Also, health isn’t a one size fits all affair, we’re all different due to bio-individuality what works for one isn’t necessarily going to work for another. 

This is why I’m re-opening the doors to my Self Care Bliss Challenge on 7th January 2018 – a FREE 5-day challenge where we cover the essential aspects of balance to help you reconnect with your body, love yourself fiercely and live happy.
