Honestly, I find it so much easier to put myself down than celebrate the things that I like about myself. It’s scary how easy it is. In the past, I’ve been that girl that changes her persona to fit in and doesn’t go for things because she’s not good enough.

 It’s always a work in progress, but I’m much better at not giving power to the negative self-talk whirring around in my head and I know that you can too! 

Our brains have a negative bias and wired to focus on the bad – the things that challenge us and what we don’t like about ourselves.

Modern culture constantly tells us to strive for more and be better. This is great as long as it doesn’t have a harmful impact on the way we view ourselves, which can hold us back and lead to self-sabotage.

Life is too short to not live it in a way that’s authentic to you. 

I’m passionate about empowering women to step into their light, feel more confident and be the best versions of themselves because everybody deserves to live a happy life.

Overcoming Your Inner Critic Masterclass


I’m a certified holistic wellbeing coach passionate about empowering women to nourish their mind, body, and soul in a way that is realistic in their lives, on their terms,  to guide them to become the best versions of themselves.


The masterclass will start at 8.00PM GMT on 18th September online so you can attend the masterclass from the comfort of your own home.


When you sign up I will send you a link so that you can easily access the master class 2 days before the event.  

Don’t worry if you can’t make the masterclass live.  Once you sign up, you will automatically receive a copy of the recording to keep, so you can watch it back in your own time.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No, all you have to do is turn up.  The masterclass is interactive and we will be going through the Overcoming Your Inner Critic Workbook, a link will be sent to you to download it 2 days before the event.

If you can’t print out the workbook just bring a notepad/paper and a pen instead.

The workshop is interactive, do I have to take part?

If you don’t feel comfortable contributing to the conversation that’s completely fine.  You will be watching a lecture style coaching session that is led by me.  There will be a message box that you can interact through if you want to, but equally, you can just sit back and keep to yourself if that feels good to you.

Do you offer refunds?

The cut off for a refund is 7 days before the event.  If the reason for wanting a refund is because you can’t make the date, everyone will be sent a recording of the masterclass via email to keep so you can watch it at your own pace.
